Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern purchases of physical books sold by Dynasty Group Press through dynastygrouppress.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• We sell physical books published by Dynasty Group Press. Product descriptions, cover art, and format details are shown on the product page at checkout.
• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The final checkout total includes the listed book price plus applicable shipping for your delivery address.
• Shipping to the United States and Canada is free for qualifying orders as shown at checkout. International orders may include a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

• Orders are placed through our secure Stripe checkout. You must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
• Payment is processed at the time of checkout. We accept payment methods made available by Stripe in your region.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and order confirmation communication. We may decline or cancel orders affected by payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or restrictions on shipping to your location.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international shipments.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
• Delivery timelines after shipment depend on your carrier and destination. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact us within 14 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Because we sell physical books, our refund policy balances customer fairness with the nature of printed goods:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your book arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund including original standard shipping costs.
• Lost or severely delayed shipments: If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace the order or issue a refund after a reasonable carrier investigation period.
• Change-of-mind returns: We do not offer refunds for opened books or returns due to change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
• Unopened returns (where permitted): If applicable law grants a cooling-off period, you may return an unopened book in resaleable condition within the legally required timeframe. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
• Cancellations before shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, contact us promptly. We will attempt to cancel and issue a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.

Unless explicitly stated on the product page, purchases on this website are for physical books only. We do not currently sell downloadable e-books through this checkout flow.

Books and site content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants personal ownership of the physical copy only, not reproduction, distribution, or commercial use rights in the underlying work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasty Group Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dynasty Group Press operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply to orders placed after the revised version is posted, unless otherwise required by law.
